We can provide a quote for construction of your design or someone else’s. Just provide us with a scaled plan, dimensions and/or quantites. A site visit to confirm the details of the plan usually takes about 20 minutes, includes no design or consultation and is free of charge.
Initial Consultation
The purpose of this meeting is to determine the brief for the project. To obtain all relevant plans, a list of objectives and the general direction of the project, including your budget requirements.
We establish which aspects the design needs to cater for, including;
Sense of place
Style to match architecture
Theme - materials, plants, form
Features – walls, water features, lighting, focal points
Site restrictions/problems
Design Stage
Concept Plan – a scaled concept plan representing the structural features of the landscape as established in the brief process. It shows all the hard landscaping elements and the general planting areas. When this plan is authorised by the client, the planting plan follows.
Planting Plan – shows a detailed planting version of the concept plan, identifying all plant types. Includes a planting schedule, showing plant varieties, pot sizes and quantities.
Construction
When the plans are agreed upon and the quote for the work accepted, a contract is signed and a start and finish date scheduled.
